Reebok Muscling In

Reebok handgrips, which strengthen wrist, forearm and upper-body muscles, have been launched as an addition to the company's portable fitness equipment range.

Wrist and forearm muscles are responsible for 75 per cent of clubhead speed and Reebok handgrips are designed to provide the flexibility and strength which golfers need to hit harder with greater control.

Reebok also recommend using the new handgrips in conjunction with their fitness rings to work on all of the 17 key muscles used in the golf swing.

The handgrips, which cost £4.95 a pair, are light and portable and can be used while sitting at home. They are available from leading sports retailers or by mail order on +44 (0)1865-886302.
